Summary

AGT Treasurer is the 3nd in command leadership position for the Alliance of Galactic Travellers and AGT Archival Council. As such, he or she assists the AGT President and AGT Vice President in most matters:

1. Matters of state: Serves as the voice of the AGT Travellers
2. Matters of administrator: Assists in all matters pertaining to AGT Facebook Group and all other AGT sites
3. Matters of diplomat: Moderator of disputes within the AGT community and to other Civilized space civilizations
4. Matters of force: Should the day arise that NMS becomes multiplayer the Treasurer will maintain the AGT in-game finances

The AGT Treasurer is authorized to serve as final authority in absence of Vice President for all AGT matters and leads with input from the AGT Council (subject to Presidential review.)

Election

The AGT Treasurer must first serve on the AGT Galactic Council, in any capacity. An Election is held annually and requires all 3 current AGT UAC members and at least one Council Member to vote. Treasurer is elected by majority vote.

AGT Travellers are only granted the right to vote if they are members of the AGT Council.

Voting

The AGT Treasurer is required for all votes pertaining to the AGT.

The AGT Vice President serves as 3nd in charge of the AGT unincorporated association with DRAFT Constitution Draft 1.1 in effect. Contact AGT-UAC for more information.
