Abundance H.Q is a player base.

Summary[ | ]

Abundance H.Q is a base in No Man's Sky created by NMS Player himshieland.

The base is located on the planet Abundance and existed in both Creative and Normal mode, with subtle differences between the two builds.

Pathfinder Era[ | ]

A build during the Pathfinder era, this base was significantly affected by the Atlas Rises universe regeneration. It sits suspended in the air, accessible by jetpack and is missing the base module. This is in keeping with the biome change to 'barren' and the fact that no structures exist on barren worlds. For this reason it is highly likely that the site may be impossible to rebuild if accidentally overwritten by a migrating traveller.

Atlas Rises Era[ | ]

This site was visited and catalogued after the Atlas Rises universal regeneration and pictures below detail the site's condition.

This base was also built in creative mode. The creative build was almost identical to the visited build in Normal mode. However on creative mode, the landscape is subtly different, with a comms ball placed during the Atlas Rises era by himshieland buried close to the front of the base (in Normal mode, comms ball is suspended in the usual manner). The creative version also has a subterranean section consisting of two Cuboid Rooms. This is partially visible from the ground but requires excavation in order to access.

As Terrain Manipulation was not available until Atlas Rises, it is assumed that the subterranean section was added after the universal reset. Similarly the monument created between himshieland and troyrice77, and the comms ball placed by himshieland stating 'this is a NMSL Euclid Heritage Site'.
