The system is one of four that is part of the highly dangerous Namanchildaggui Trade route. This is the friendliest of the four systems. Though the conflict is rather boisterous, having just one nearby planet makes it a non-issue for most travellers. Exercising common sense while travelling in Akzhensk's space should result in a safe and wonderful trip to its beautiful icy ocean planet.
