This is the main corporate headquarters of a manufacturing company called Arkson Cowest Systems Inc., which is responsible for manufacturing most of the technological-related stuff for the Eyfert Khannate civilization. It specializes in computing-related hardware and software. Most of their factories are located in the Arkson system, in the ice planet Cowest.
