The Eyfert Khannate has a highly developed prison system as it doesn't tolerate crime of any form. There are three premier prisons, all located in the Sasageid Band's Ilbin Arm. Out of the three, this is the main prison. Majority of prisoners are sent here to serve time and repent for their wrongdoings. Criminals here commit minor to near-major offenses, ranging from petty theft and bank burglary to the likes of "reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicide" and attempted murder.
The prison's main security is located in the hot oceanic planet. Multiple law firms, courthouses and anything law-related can be found there, as well as living quarters for the employees. Criminals who commit petty crimes are sent to the nearby exotic planet, where they'll have to work for a certain amount of time before they're brought back to society. Criminals who commit crimes such as bank burglary, vandalism and disrupting peace are sent to the toxic planet, where they'll be exposed to the elements. More serious crimes such as rape, reckless imprudence resulting in multiple homicide, attempted murder, extortion, racketeering and other offenses of more or less similar gravity are sent to either the "cabled" exotic planet or the chromatic fog planet. The horrors they'll face is assuredly, almost as bad as Viatha-Fran XI.
Bigglen-Uoka features some rather beautiful planets. Tourism is the system's secondary source of income. Various hotels can be found in the dead planet. A trip here isn't too expensive but don't expect the best service or best anything. This is a prison system after all. At least when you're in one of the dead planet's hotels, life support is provided for free to prevent suffocation due to the low atmosphere.
