Child of Helios is a space encounter in the No Man's Sky universe.
Appearance[ | ]
Children of Helios appear to be a massive, glowing jellyfish-like creature.
Behavior[ | ]
Upon approach, a Child of Helios will attempt to communicate with a starship pilot. If communicated with, they will broadcast feelings of pure emotion, then leave. If the player is currently undergoing the Starbirth mission, they will first provide them with the Living Water needed to complete the mission.
Firing upon a Child of Helios will have no effect on them, nor will they become aggressive.
Location[ | ]
They can be randomly found in any star system and have a very low frequency of appearance.
