E. Quakbagium is a creature.

Summary[ | ]

E. Quakbagium is a creature in the No Man's Sky universe.

It is a member of the Rangifae genus. E. Quakbagium is a social species, often found in herds or with several members of its kind.

They share their home planet with another remarkable creature: Z. Cobiktorera, a rare Lesser Mushroom Beetle.

Appearance[ | ]

Shared Body Features[ | ]

Both genders exhibit the same coloration, a mix of grey and pale yellow, to blend into their orange lush home planet. They have the same tail, similar to the one an Ankylosaurus once carried.

The Indeterminate and Radical genders also display the same head model, resembling a giraffe, but each with a different type. Indeed, the Indeterminate gender has a Spade head while the Radical gender exhibits a Bearded Trojan one.

Gender Dimorphism[ | ]

Besides this head variation, both genders of E. Quakbagium have a few distinct features:

  • The most obvious difference is on the back; both genders display dissimilar ornaments
  • The Radical gender has a bare neck, while the Indeterminate gender possesses small plates on it

Found wandering the temperate grasslands of planet Ilbeachael Aina. Once secure in a territory, they appear to tend to local plantlife, bolstering their own food supply. They snuffle for food with their noises [sic] dug into the dirt, flicking earth into their mouths with long, spiked tongues. Nutrient source is presumed to be soil-bound microorganisms.
