It is the core planet of the Oyashi Band colony of the Empire of Phantomium Marxium.

Civilization[ | ]
Engels I was the capital of the Hilbert Dimension colonies of the CCU. After an unexplained terraformation (Visions) occurred the planet was deemed unsuitable as a capital. Thus Marxia Prime was chosen as the new capital and even remains as one for the EPM. As of today, Engels I doesn't serve any real purpose, but there are plans to reconstruct the old bases of the CCU to provide services for the EPM.
