The Fatalitan Empire is a civilized space community.

Summary

The Fatalitan Empire is a Civilized space community located in the Beta quadrant of the Euclid galaxy.

Not much is known about the Fatalitan Empire. The Emperor rules his great empire from the shadows. No one in the Fatalitan Empire has publicly seen the emperor themselves. The Empire may be seen as tyrannical, however, the Fatalitan Empire's citizens live a nice and comfortable lifestyle within the Empire.

There are soon going to be farms springing up inside the Empire, which will provide food for the citizens, and the remaining crops will be sold in the market for profit to fund other Projects or Operations. The Leader can sometimes be seen as a cold and distant person from other civilizations, however, the Emperor is a wise man, and is beloved by his people for bringing them glory through the First Fatalitan Civil War. The Emperor is a brave man, and is always putting the safety of his people before his interests.

Economy

The Fatalitan Empire's economy is mainly run on agriculture and the sale of weapons.

System of Government

The Fatalitan Empire is directly led by the Emperor of Fatality. He has a high power council of advisers, called the Advisory Council, and representatives of systems within the Empire called the Imperial Senate. However, the Emperor has total control over the Empire, but he does not abuse his power, instead, he uses his power to benefit the people.

Military

The Fatalitan Empire's military is rather small at the moment. This is due to two factors:

  1. The Fatalitan Civil War, which destroyed most of the Empire's ships
  2. The war shattered the economy, which caused emphasis to be moved away from the military because the Emperor has reallocated much of the military budget to funding programs to help the victims of the war, and revamping the economy.

The head of the Fatalitan military is the Emperor.

Projects and Operations

The Emperor is funding few projects at the moment, however, he is considering to begin funding certain projects. The Projects he is currently funding is

  • War Victim Relocation Program
  • Reconstruction of the Outcast Systems
  • Reconstruction of the Fatalitan Military

The only Operation in the Empires history was Operation Bombshell. Operation Bombshell was the order that the Emperor gave for his military to continuously bombard the Outcast Systems until their surrender, which happened in March 9,2018. The Operation lasted from November 21, 2017 through March 9, 2018.

History

It is believed that the Fatalitan Empire's age is beyond comprehension. Some artifacts and ancient ruins scattered in the Empire predate time itself. Over billions and billions of years, the Empire began to develop and expand. It grew from one solar system to the next, nonstop. It reached a limit though, because the Emperor halted expansion. The Emperor had a feeling that expanding too much and too soon would be a bad idea for the Empire. He became isolationist, and when there was word of other galactic civilizations across the galaxy, the people hoped that the Emperor would stop his isolationist policies and go to communicate and establish trade between other civilizations.

Freedom Fighters

Many groups of rebels, who were tired of the Emperors isolationist policies and his unwillingness to expand his Empire united; they became known as the Freedom Fighters of Fatality. The rebellious group had sent a elite squadron of fighters to attack and kill the Emperor. At the time, the Emperor was on one his flagship, the Harmony, and he quickly declared war on the Freedom Fighters. The fighters were quick in destroying the Harmony's deflector shields, and began to destroy it piece by piece. The Emperor fled the ship and escaped in his starfighter. The Emperor summoned his Royal Guard to kill the squadron of fighters attacking the Harmony; they were successful in destroying the squadron.

Civil War

The so-called "Freedom Fighters of Fatality" began to push from the uncharted regions of space into the Fatalitan Empire. They quickly took over the Outer Rim of the Empire, and began to push into the middle rim. When the "Freedom Fighters" captured solar systems from the Empire, the lifeforms living in it would be enslaved or forced to join the military for the Freedom Fighters. If they didn't comply, they all would be loaded onto a ship, and driven straight into the solar systems star.

In the Outer Rim, the Freedom Fighters slew through the Emperors blockades and his personal Royal Fleet. Eventually, they took over the Middle Rim, and the war came to a stalemate for many months. In the Fangellan Star System, the Freedom Fighters tried to punch a hole through the Empire's strong and almost impenetrable blockade on the system. The battle was very long and gruesome. On the Empire's side, the soldiers' morale began to go down. The Emperor caught wind of this, and decided that he was going to reveal himself to the public, and fight on the frontlines with his soldiers. The Emperor got into his star ship, the Eagle, and warped to the system. When he arrived, he regrouped with the remnants of the Royal Guard and attacked the attacking fleet dead on. The Royal Guard fought valiantly, and destroyed most of the enemy fleet. The leader of the Freedom Fighters of Fatality was at the battle, watching from his flagship as the battle progressed. When he saw that he started losing ships and fast, the Freedom Fighter's leader, Rodney, ordered his remaining forces to cover his retreat. The Emperor knew all to well on what Rodney was planning, and ordered his Royal Guard to distract enemy fighters while he attacked the flagship by himself. The Emperor quickly destroyed the shields of the flagship and began to destroy the ship. At the same time, the Royal Guard had finished killing off the remaining enemy fighters and the Emperor ordered his troops to focus all their firepower onto the flagship. They obliterated the flagship in seconds, and Rodney died aboard the ship.

Aftermath

The remnants of the Freedom Fighters' fleet retreated, as the Emperor began to invade Outer Rim and reclaim the territory he had lost. Eventually, the Emperor pushed the remaining rebels into the "Outcast Systems". The "Outcast Systems" are solar systems near the edge of the Fatalitan Empire. The Emperor decided to send a small invasion force to go and take the area back, and force them to surrender. However, the overconfidence of the Emperor stabbed him in the back, because his forces were completely destroyed by an impenetrable blockade of the entire Freedom Fighter fleet. The Emperor was embarrassed when he got the news of the defeat. Instead of the Freedom Fighters pushing the Empire back, they stayed in their small pocket of territory, and built up defenses. Their army was simply too weak and fragile to send out an invasion force into another system. Because of the death of Rodney, this led to a power vacuum within the Freedom Fighters, which led to in-fighting. This greatly weakened them even more. The Fatalitan Emperor ordered his ships in nearby solar systems to bombard the Outcast Systems with bombs continuously until they surrendered, or they were destroyed. The Freedom Fighters surrendered on March 9, 2018. They lasted four months of continuous bombardment before they ran out of food, and all their resources had been drained. The Emperor had the Freedom Fighters all executed, in the same style the Freedom Fighters executed their prisoners, by hurtling them towards a star.
