Site 16 is a player base.

Summary[ | ]

Site 16 is a base in No Man's Sky created by NMS Player 'zazariins'.

Deconstruction  This base has been deleted and no longer exists.

Site 16 is situated on New Intrus, a lush moon with numerous inlets and lakes. Originally designated as the Milland home moon for AGT Ambassador Zazhelekal Ariins, New Intrus became vacant when he established the AGT Galactic Hub Embassy. To make use of such a beautiful and atmospheric setting, zazariins created Site 16 and an accompanying fictional lore event to provide a back-story explaining the build.

Due to the Milland region being restricted to AGT travellers only, it has been visited exclusively by those residing in the Milland region.

//Incoming field report// //Begin transmission// 3734 0517 2247 AGT Z’ahrrins System Milland Region

Two days ago the Vy’Keen Observatory on New Intrus recorded a significant seismic event on the nearby planet of Kuton Mach. When contacting the local occupied base camp for visual corroboration of that event, they were met with nothing but dead static. Fearing for the safety of the base camp’s inhabitants, the local Vy’Keen authorities accessed and overrode the camp’s systems. Two significant points were noted:
1. The on-site teleportation facilities had triggered at the exact time the seismic event was recorded.
2. Online management systems confirmed that thermal heat signatures could no longer be located within the perimeter confines.

I have travelled to New Intrus upon the request of the local governance authorities and am unsure what I may have stumbled into. Initial findings would suggest a significant impact to the structure and its integrity. However I can find nothing to explain the sudden absence of life – nor the repeated reference to a two digit number contained in the base systems, teleport log and also daubed on the walls throughout the deserted shell. I will ask my Vy’Keen contact about any relevance to the number ‘sixteen’ once this solar storm has passed and my communication channels are re-established. I would request – and indeed welcome - the assistance of any AGT travellers in the vicinity of Milland and surrounds. You can find me in my temporary research site adjacent to the main structure of the New Intrus base camp – now known locally as ‘Site 16’.
