Auragi Sector XVII Overlook is a player base located on the edge of a levitating bluff, on the planet Utto XVI. From its windows can be seen all of the geological features the planet has to offer. The landscape in view is quite rugged with mountains, hills, and small lakes all crowding for attention. It is a common sight to witness the flight of the Agnelis Q. Pavoerawera at eye-level or lower due to the elevation of the Overlook.

The Overlook was built as an escape from the excessive heat of the planet. It serves the functional role of providing shelter and in most ways resembles a humble bunker. It is composed of three round rooms stacked atop each other with a glass corridor leading to a fourth room. The top of the stack offers views of the surrounding area, while the middle room has a NipNip Bud growing in it and also has a door to the outside. The bottom room is only accessible from the outside, with travelers needing to hop down to a ledge to access its door; within is a Base Teleport Module. The base is built at a high elevation with sheer drops around its Landing Pad and on the ledge leading to the bottom room. There is no designed plan for accessing the base from a lower elevation, so those who fall must find their own path back. The atmosphere of Utto XVI is filled with red and brown dusts which color the world. The dusts darken the light that enters the Overlook through its windows, so the base has a gloomy charm on its inside.
