HUB3-G-CC Makonis (mah-KOE-niss) is a star system in the universe of No Man's Sky.
It is located in the Nagkamunti Band, and lies at the inner edge of the Amethyst Nebula, the dense gaseous mass that encircles the lower regions of the Band. Elebor, the primary habitable planet in the system, is the Home Base site of Galactic Cartographer UniDestiny (PS4).
The system's space station purchases Neutrino Modules at +106% of their base value.

Locating Makonis[ | ]
Makonis is one of the easier systems to find in the Hub. It lies on the inner edge of the Amethyst Nebula surrounding the lower regions of the Nagkamunti Band, at an even level with the region between the 9th and 10th levels of the tree in the Rento Expanse. Viewing the Amethyst Cloud directly from the system Gas Station IV in Rento (Fig. 1), Makonis lies in the bulge to the left. Drawing nearer the cloud (Fig. 2), four stars form a diamond, or kite, with the long end pointing toward the upper right. The lowest star in the formation is Makonis. (The star to the lower left of the diamond formation is HUB3-G-C7-Paradise Ocean.) Seen from the inner edge of the cloud facing the Bisticabi Boundary, it's the bright star closest to the edge (Fig. 3). (The highlighted blue star is HUB3-V-DC - Jisa.) Fig. 4 shows the view toward the tree of Rento from Makonis.
