A Clock Circuit makes a flashing light or can be used as a clock signal that pulses on and off using logic designs
3-Tick Signal[ | ]
A 3-tick clock signal takes 3 ticks before the signal going through the inverter reaches its own control input, closing the inverter. It will again take 3 ticks until there is no signal on the control input any more, giving us a rhythm of 3 ticks "on", 3 ticks "off".
