Heusde is a star system.
Summary[ | ]
Heusde is a mining star system on the outer rim of the Delta Quadrant in the Euclid galaxy.
The system is under control of the Abikoyer Collective and supervised by Operations Entity Karos. Like most of their systems it specializes in mining operations to study the region.
Due to the local sentinel base, pirate activity has fallen drastically and the system's security level is HIGH! Sometimes there lies benefit with the everlasting space police.
Aboard the space station loyal followers of the Atlas of foreign descent are offered access to the botanic gardens for food and biofuel and the local workshop with emergency supplies.

Planets & Moons[ | ]
- Heusde Prime is a paradise ocean world. Sadly its main life consists of flora and its beauty gets shaken up by the heat of the nearby sun. There is no fauna here.
- Heusde 2 is a lifeless rock and operation center of the local sentinels. Despite the distance, the sentinels also consider the moon Heusde 2A as part of their sphere, placing this beautiful wetland world with micro swamps outside of any colonist's hand. The Korvax are welcome to conduct their mineral tests though and there are reports of Gravitino Balls appearing for some reason. There are no plants to bear them!
- Gapes is a hot and dry planet, but unlike the system's green worlds, higher life developed here.
- Heusde 4 is a radiactive wasteland of 5.9 Rad during the day. The sentinels are highly active, but not to protect and warn travellers. The reason for their proactive presence is yet unknown.
- Heusde 5 is a terrifying dead waste. With barely an atmosphere to speak off, it gets life hating cold during the night at -95.9°C and deadly hot during the day at 60.7°C. When the sun flares pick up, this planet turns into a real oven with 146.7°C. No fauna developed here and only the most resilient of flora endures. Do NOT visit!
