Summary[ | ]

Akeoscote Rekuna is a planet in the star system Mutandu XV on the PS4 version of No Man's Sky universe.

Alias names[ | ]

All Original: Akeoscote Rekuna
PS4 Current: Akeoscote Rekuna

Planet type[ | ]

Akeoscote Rekuna looks every bit like the "old west". It features a dusty brown landscape with copper-colored, rock-strewn mountains that form canyons and ravines. There’s a low water table that sustains the wildlife and abundant cacti. Pools are plentiful, though shallow, and they’re bottomed with yellow sand. The planet’s temperatures are extreme. The daytime temperature is a pleasant 69.7° F, but the night air will activate your thermic layer at -67° F. The daily storms bring the heat up to 203.1° F, triggering your coolant network. Even underwater is cold at -11° F. There are plenty of caves in which to shelter, when needed.

Waypoints[ | ]

Waypoints are plentiful on Akeoscote Rekuna, but structures are few. The discovered varieties include depots, drop pods, and simple save points.
