Save Beacon is a base building product and can be used to mark locations on planets.

Save Beacon is a base building product that provides a permanent marker and allows the player to save upon interaction.

Its colour and material can be changed in the Build Menu. Changing the colour also changes the colour of its marker.

Maximum five beacons can be placed on a single planet. They are only visible to other players, if they are within the base building limit or if the other players have joined a multi-player session with the owner of the beacon.

Once activated, beacons provide a permanent navigational waypoint, facilitating repeat visits to specific locations.

Allows user to record their progress at any time.

Save Beacon can be built using a blueprint and the following ingredients:

Metal Plating x2 + Sodium Nitrate x15 → Save Beacon

Release history[ | ]

Foundation - Added as a product. Beacons now notify the player that they will save the game.
NEXT - Blueprint changed, formerly used Voltaic Cell and Carite Sheet.
Beyond - Renamed from Beacon to Save Beacon. Blueprint changed, formerly used Metal Plating, Ion Battery and Microprocessor.
