Summary[ | ]
O. Pathosesacima is a creature in the No Man's Sky universe.
It is a member of the Bos genus and one of the genders is better known as a Greater Mushroom Beetle or (GMB).
Appearance[ | ]

- The shell and color scheme are nearly identical, being predominantly a shade of orange with yellow stripes on top of the shell. They also share the same antennae with teal at the tip of each.
Gender Dimorphism[ | ]
- The Prime gender (GMB) is the smaller of the genders according to the Analysis Visor scans, although it is quite clearly the visually taller gender with its gigantic mushroom on the top of its shell. It has the one main mushroom on the top of its shell with three smaller conk-like mushrooms branching off of the stalk. It also has a mushroom cap on its head that gives the appearance of an eyepatch. All the caps are the same color, which is a shade of purple. This gender displays eight legs which are a more smooth and curved style, resembling tentacles, than those of the Female gender.
- Describing the Prime gender, the original discover c_j_baird noted: "One of the largest GMBs on record, this species can prove elusive despite its large size. This species features yellow stripes on an orange beetle-body, eight tentacle-like legs, and a brownish-purple mushroom symbiote with a flat top."
- The Female gender is essentially the same as the Prime gender except it does not have any of the mushroom features. Another key difference is that the Female has six legs resembling those on crabs.
