HUB10-1D-Castaway-Star is a star system in the No Man's Sky universe.

The Castaway star is home to four planets: The Vortex, Cold Comfort, Shroomtown and Aquaspherical, home base of interloper HollyWorks. The player base is a tourist attraction: a re-enactment of the hilltop alien landing scene from Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

Aquaspherical contains both red platform Vortex Cubes and AquaSpheres.

The Vortex has traditional silver vortex cubes. Cold Comfort is an extreme sentinels planet with two atmosphere harvesters at a marked trading post for (Radon). Another two atmosphere harvesters (Nitrogen) can be found at the base on Aquaspherical.

One exotic yellow S Class 17/5 Configured Uozuluni S23 is an infrequent lander at the CE3K Tribute Base-PS4 and has been seen landing at Cold Comfort, a nearby planet in this system. Captured on video at Cold Comfort as well in a 16/4 configuration.
