Fromen Minor is a moon in No Man's Sky.
Summary[ | ]
Fromen Minor is a moon orbiting the planet Evinu IV in the Dishaka star system on the PS4 version of No Man's Sky universe.
The Dishaka system has only been recently discovered and colonized by the Gek. Fromen Minor and Evinu IV are certainly the most interesting part of the system. It is unclear how Fromen Minor fell into the rings of Evinu IV. The original explanation was that the moon was struck by a massive asteroid in it's past, pushing it into a slowly declining orbit. The northernmost aspect of the planet has entered the rings proper of Evinu. It would seem logical that this would lead the end of Fromen Minor as thousands of building sized rocks pummeled the moon on a constant basis, shearing away the moon and subsequently an apocalyptic event for Evinu as well as chunks of the moon would come crashing into the planet.
However, this does not appear to be the case. The rings of Evinu enter the northern latitude and seem to go "into" the planet with minimal disturbance; local fauna and flora appear undisturbed unless they actually enter "The Intersection" itself, at which point they disappear. There is some speculation that this represents some sort of interdimensional "wrinkle". Probes thus far sent into the location have only revealed a bright yellow light before transmission is terminated.

- "The Intersection" is a puzzle currently being explored by the leading scientists of the Dishaka system. It is unclear exactly what this represents, but is clearly a disturbance in the dimensional continuum.
