It can be found in the HUB10-V-1EB Altair system—part of the Antipodes Ring constellation—flown by a Vy'keen pilot named Officer Teringyin.

The Explorer features a symmetrical Starhopper design[1] with a pair of Doppler modules and two small lift jets underneath a primary engine in the rear.
