HUB-V-1F9 GOD HAND is a star system.

Summary

HUB-V-1F9 GOD HAND is a star system in the universe of No Man's Sky.

One of the most interesting and terrifying places to visit in the Hub. The perpetual night skies of Void leave you feeling very alone and vulnerable. But that's not the end, Slan is home to something very strange indeed. When visiting Slan, be sure to wear headphones and listen for the deep rumbling in the distance. What sounds like large industrial machinery, or for the deep thinkers...something else...something far more sinister. We encourage the most courageous of interlopers to visit and investigate this weird and wonderful mystery

Player AndyKrycek6 posted the following on reddit: Another planet in the system had very strange sounds too. Almost like earthquakes or a large construction noise. Strange sounds can be heard in my stream here @ 15:16, 16:05, 19:10, 19:56, 23:05 and probably more. Advised to use headphones to hear it.[1]

Coordinates

NOTE: Coordinates correspond to the location of entire regions, not specific systems. Although the “PART4” is unique to a system and only appears once in each region, it doesn’t correspond with location, and thus cannot be used to locate the system. In other words, for all the coordinates in the Galactic Hub, there are only 11 effective outputs.
