This world is located in an atypical system, it has two abnormal worlds, which deeply affects the long-term stability of the system. This unusual situation deserves to be studied, so an outpost was established, the AAT Anomaly Research Center, which observes the sky, studies the Juktas basement, and analyzes the various signals coming from the Atlas. Quickly after its commissioning, the observatory discovered that the region has an abnormally high Atlas signature, which makes it an excellent place to study the Atlas itself.
