Jurassic Parq is a moon.
Summary[edit | edit source]
This moon's name is a a reference to the classic 1993 dinosaur-scifi movie, Jurassic Park. This name was inspired by the moon's most significant feature, the native 8.2m U. Rattussaxii species of diplo (Rangifae). Diplos are rare in general, and diplos this size even moreso, ranking it among the top 10 largest diplos in the Fauna Hall of Fame.
The moon also features interesting geographical features, such as caves (sometimes with flat sections at "bedrock" level), trenches which cut through mountains, and large stone pillars; sparsely forested areas; grass plains areas; and occasional Korvax structures.

- “Form” refers to, for example: crystal form, resource deposit form, Pedestal Form (Vortex Cube), “Stem Plant” Form (Gravitino Ball), “Floating Crystal” Form (Rare Metal Element/others), etc
- “Rarity” refers to how often the resource appears on the moon, and is just an estimate (there’s no in-game value to measure it by).
- Standard resources like Carbon, Condensed Carbon, Sodium, etc. may be included or omitted at the editor’s discretion.

Fauna[edit | edit source]
|Name||Behavior & Diet||Height||Weight|
|ZippyX819||Genus: Rangifae||Notes: Found on planet Jurassic Parq, U. Rattussaxii has adapted to the temperate climate and humid atmosphere. They interact with their fellow beasts with a cheerful confidence, secure in the hierarchy of the herd. They delve underground in search of food, and show a particular fondness for cave marrow.|
Additional Observations: Secretes venom
|D. Elephaohoria||Remembers faces
|ZippyX819||Genus: Procavya||Notes: Found on planet Jurassic Parq, U. Rattussaxii has adapted to the temperate climate and humid atmosphere. Highly social and with a complex herd hierarchy, their remarkable memory ensures they never forget the face of another creature, be they friend or foe. Sharp digging claws allow them to excavate and consume plant roots, which appear to make up the bulk of their diet.|
Additional Obsevations: Rigid bones
|E. Tricelnae||Seeks company
|ZippyX819||Genus: Anastomus||Notes: Found on planet Jurassic Parq, U. Rattussaxii has adapted to the temperate climate and humid atmosphere. Gregarious, wide-roaming creatures. They are occasionally found alone, but such animals are unhappy, lost from their herd. They supplement their tuber-based diet with brightly-colored flowers; the complex dye compounds providing a valuable micronutrient boost.|
Additional Observations: Fragrant
|ZippyX819||Genus: Ungulatis||Notes: A grasslands creature, at home in their lush plains of planet Jurassic Parq. Nomadic in habit, their search for food takes them on a never-ending journey across this world. Their diet is rich in the Star Bramble found in abundance on this planet.|
Additional Observations: Untamable
|ZippyX819||Genus: Agnelis||Notes: Found wandering the temperate grasslands of planet Jurassic Parq. These cautious fliers only take to the open sky when it is unavoidable, prefering to hug the terrain and flit between the cover of bushes and trees. Their hunger is only sated by the chunky, fleshy roots of the Mordite plant.|

Flora[edit | edit source]
Jurassic Parq features fairly average flora for a lush moon. Small-to-medium-sized orange-red leafed trees dominate the landscape above ground, dotted with more rare green-leafed trees like the large M. Hangaygea or biologically-distinct V. Lowhekoe, with smaller leaves than all other trees on this planet. Small ferns and bushes common to lush worlds such as this are also found here, mostly in purple-blue and orange-red colors. This moon also features blue flat-top grass.
