M. Taloscicae is a creature in the No Man's Sky universe.
It is a member of the Bos genus. M. Taloscicae is often found in small groups, day and night. Without the presence of predators, they flourish on their icy home planet.
Appearance[ | ]
The Symmetric gender is an elusive "bell cap" Lesser Mushroom Beetle, and one of the few floating species recorded to this day.
The Exotic gender has a different appearance; it displays a crab shell with an imposing crest on top of it, and a mantis head.

M. Taloscicae is found in the deep snow and icy forests of planet Umpanton Gamma. Possessing a calm intelligence, their piercing eyes never forget a face. Their tongues are hairy and thick, allowing them to happily chew upon all but the most venomous of leaves.
