Mekakushi 5 is the fifth planet discovered in the star system Mekakushi on PC Version No Man's Sky Universe.
A desolate planet like Mekakushi 5 has brown-grayish surface with patches of light grey dust. Skyward columns of rock and gold dot the landscape. Small clusters of plants can be found in gorges and caves. No faunas are present. The low atmosphere adds an elevated stress on life support systems.
