No Man's Players Republic | NMP Republic is a civilized space community.

Summary[edit | edit source]

We are No Man's Players, a community that makes decisions that are a best fit for its players inside. Our capital base is located inside the fourth quadrant of the Euclid galaxy. However, we have expanded as far as galaxy 10. Our goals as a community are to explore, trade, and continue to become civilized within our claimed land. We sponsor giveaways, race events, and PvP matchups between our members allowing for the top tier experiences a player can ask for. Connect with us through our Discord Hub or Reddit (see below)

Mission[edit | edit source]

Our mission is to provide players with the best experience allowing them to fully indulge themselves into the game.

Background and Aspirations[edit | edit source]

We started as a small group of players trying to maximize our endeavors on the game and grew into a republic, trying to replicate this idea to our members. We began in the Euclid galaxy, like everyone, lost and confused as to how the game worked. After grinding hundreds of hours, we realized that we could help other players to explore and learn new things at a faster rate than we did when we didn't comprehend what the game entailed. We continued to help new players realize what No Man's Sky was really about and eventually formed into a community. These members started helping each other by trading, sharing, and communicating about what they discovered. This community was evolving at a faster rate than we had ever anticipated due to the platform bringing us all together. No Man's Players can give you that satisfaction and family-like feeling that you are looking for out of the game.

Naming Guidelines[edit | edit source]

No Man’s Players use a personal naming procedure in order to stay organized and to make it easier to let people know where you are or what you're talking about. When renaming a system, start with NMP, then use brackets to enclose the following information:

[HUB- galaxy number - last four digits of signal booster]

An example of this could be the following. You are on Euclid, the first galaxy, and the last four digits on the signal booster are 0001. The correct rename would be:

NMP [HUB - 1 - 0001]

Joining The Republic[edit | edit source]

If you want to join, or would like to get in touch with us for any reason you should check out our discord at

NMP Republic Discord

or make a post on our Reddit found at:

NMP Republic Subreddit

Census[edit | edit source]

Upon joining the Republic it is strongly encouraged that you add yourself to the NMP Republic Census. The census allows for us to accurately gauge the size of the Republic.

If you are unable to add your details please contact a mod on the group discord and they will assist you.

Note: The NMP Republic census does not include all members for security reasons and is meant to give an accurate estimate but should not be considered a full list of all NMP Republic members.

Jobs and Interactions[edit | edit source]

We plan on integrating the following jobs into our community:

Constructive Builders

Trade Commodity Specialists

Crafting Agents

Mass Material Provider

Artist

Republic Navy

Constructive Builders:[edit | edit source]

People that are payed in units to build a base to your liking on your base computer. The amount of units the builder charges will be based off the material of the base, the time put in, and a personal charge that the builder charges. These people earn this rank by being proven trusted and shown that they can build exotic bases with all the blueprints they need.

Trade Commodity Specialists:[edit | edit source]

Have the money, but not the time. Give your units to another person and they will invest it into trade commodities and go on their found path making profits. The Specialist will take a discussed upon percentage of the profit made by the route. This rank is earned by someone telling one of the mods their route and being verified and trusted.

Crafting Agents:[edit | edit source]

These people have all of the blueprints in the game. If someone needs a product, but can't craft it yet these people will craft it and give it to you for an upscale charge discussed upon between the buyer and seller. The quantity can range anywhere from 1 - infinite. This rank is earned by proven you have all the technology discovered and trusted by the mods.

Mass Material Provider:[edit | edit source]

Sometimes you want to build your own base, but gathering all those stacks of ferrite dust and pure ferrite is just too time consuming. Pay someone else to gather as much as you want. They will change at a maximum of 3 times the regular price of the product in massive quantities. Basically anyone who is trusted by the mods and willing to work can apply for this job.

People can connect with these workers soon by entering the discord and finding them by speacilized ranks on the side bar.

Artist:[edit | edit source]

Certain players draw fan art for NMP or NMS and once you show your work to the mods you get exclusive rights to a channel to post your work in. This channel is allowed to be seen by everyone, but not everyone can send messages in it so it is a perk of being an artist.

Republic Navy[edit | edit source]

The purpose of the Republic Navy is two fold. Primarily the Navy serves as the surveyors, explorers and cartographers of the Republic.

Seeking out new systems, documenting findings and claiming new territory for the Republic.

The secondary role of the Navy is defense of the Republic from invading players or greifers and assisting other citizens with combat missions against NPCs or conducting patrols to hunt down pirates and bounties.

People wishing to join the Republic Navy will be those individuals who enjoy exploring and documenting findings, those who wish to engage in and help organize PVP events within the civ or with/against other civs.

NMP Rules[edit | edit source]

NMP Rules:

  • Be respectful to everyone in NMP and the rest of the NMS Community
  • We are trying to make this community better by making the game easier to play. You don't have to help if you don't want to, however don't grief or steal from other players that are just trying to be friendly.
  • Listen to the mod staff they are trying to help, if you think a mod is abusing power let Apea know here with proof and if it's true he will deal with it.
  • Other than that enjoy your experience and have fun in the community!
