Novus Lupus is a star system in the No Man's Sky universe.
This system is the new capital of the Vulf Empire. The production of construction materials has greatly assisted the empire in rapidly rebuilding their society. However, the new-found prosperity has brought its own issues. The heavily weakened Imperial fleet is unable to keep the pirates at bay leading to a high degree of piracy in the system.
