Photon Accelerator is a starship upgrade.
Summary[ | ]
The Photon Accelerator is a weapons technology upgrade for a starship's Photon Cannon.
It modifies the weapon to allow a sustained rate of fire at a higher level of intensity. The blueprint can be acquired from an NPC armourer.
Game description[ | ]
Photon cannon releases sustained rapid sequences of fire.
User is advised to limit bursts as overheating can occur very rapidly.
Operates automatically when located in a player's starship inventory

Photon Accelerator cannot be crafted.

- Needs no fuel or recharging
- 50 units of Coryzagen are required to start the production of a Photo Accelerator; once this is in hand the regular crafting can be completed.
