Shorodo is a star system.

Summary[edit | edit source]

Shorodo is a manufacturing star system on the outer rim of the Delta Quadrant in the Euclid galaxy. It is one of the shipyards of the Ancient Warriors.

The system is under full control of the Ancient Warriors. It is supervised by the respected and powerful Sentinel Hunter Ama. While most of the Ancient Warriors' anger focuses on their enemies and the sentinels, some of them might target visitors for their own good. Due to these incidents, the security is regarded MEDIUM!

Aboard the space station the trophy room awaits visitors. Here the Ancient Warriors share their triumph in goods and DNA samples of prey with pathetic interlopers to showcase their abilities and strenght. For those willing to proof themselves, the Vy'keen offer a workshop to work on one's weapons and the necessary nanites to fulfill their fancy desires. Nanites are presented to worthy visitors as a sign of respect. Taking them however, is a show of weakness.

Planets & Moons[edit | edit source]

  • Shorodo 1 is a dead giant, delivering only ore for the ever hungry industry above. It's moon Shorodo 1A has fallen to the glass however. Sharp black edges litter its surface and many dark pillars rise in the sky. The presence of sentinel relays hints at a former base of the Atlas, but if the Vy'keen destroyed it themselves or other things created its anomalous condition is unclear. For now it hasn't spread and the Vy'keen avoid this graveyard themselves. Shorodo 1B is a worthy copper mine. The greedy exploit of the Vy'keen warriors has led to the sentinels taking up arms against any invaders and so the mines lie airless and defended for those brave enough to claim it.
  • Shorodo Prime is a terrible world. As the only planet with a proper atmosphere and without any quarantine, it is the local trade hub. However, many deadly predators linger on its surface to hunt visitors and even the safe havens are scorched by deadly 108.2°C during the day and 88°C during the night. This changes during firestorms, quickly engulfing the world in 113.6°C by night and terrible 303.8°C by day. This is a Vy'keen's paradise, but a Traveller's grave. Do not visit!
