I seem to be having a problem naming planets. They were discovered by me, so I know that is not the problem. When I try to rename and upload, it will bring up the keyboard and I enter the name that I want. When I finish, I press the button to accept and it returns to the previous screen however the name does not change. They are newly discovered planets and were not previously uploaded. Every time I ask about this elsewhere, they keep trying to tell me that I have to be the one to discover the planet, and I can not rename uploaded planets. They keep ignoring what I am saying. I can still rename solar systems, flora, fauna, and minerals with no problems. If you have encountered this before, please let me know if there is a way to fix this. I am using the PS4 and have all the most recent updates and no DLC. ~~DukeKasperKingDukekasperking (talk) 20:04, 7 October 2019 (UTC)

Disappearing items in Refiners bug Notes[]

  • Possible Fix
    • I recommend to not place other items into these constructs and to save and reload instead to recover the items that disappeared.
    • Items returned to these buildings when returning to the main menu and reloading. Could also maybe work on reloading an auto/manual save. You may need to reload the area/save multiple times before the items would reappear. This isn't a certain fix however.
  • This bug might be the same bug where this happens in Nutrient Processor freighter room.
    • Affects Refiner Rooms.
  • This may be tied to the duping exploit.
  • Items may reappear in the refiners if left alone from what I've seen in one instance, by reloading the area I presume.
  • I've read somewhere there was a limit on how much large refiners you can build?
  • The issue could be something like a memory leak somewhere.
