Measuring Distances[]

With new visitors and neighbors data integrity still matters, especially if one plans to claim the distance records etc. To that end the rule of measuring since Next is the following:

Since Next HG had removed the Galactic Core distance information and replaced it with your distance inside of the galaxy itself (as in camera view).

To find out your distance of the system you need the average of high ly + low ly / 2 of the radial view of a system.

If you click on the system in galaxy mode and rotate it left to right with the keyboard (or pad I guess) the distance will grow and shrink. As long as you don't change the zoom the low and high end will be seen. Fine tune will matter, so don't oversteer or you fail to see 2-3 ly.

For Endenn the real distance is between 58992 and 59072, which is 1.159.032ly.
