The Collective is a company.
Summary
The Collective is a company run by members of the civilization Empire of Phantomium Marxium.
The Collective is a subset of T3 Economy systems within the Empire of Phantomium Marxium. It is also referenced and referred to as Phantomial Collective, and The Phantomial T3 Collective. When abbreviated, its symbols are PTC.
Mission
The goal of The Collective is to designate as many T3 Economy systems as possible. The company is attempting to create a coordinated trading network across dominant life-form, and economy type. It is The Collective's wish that through this project, they can make it easier to come across more variants of top tier star ships and freighters. As such, there are requirements for being an official classified system, but anyone can submit their discovery as a Fringe System, as long as it adheres to the submission requirements.

Building Observatories
The PTC mention of Observatory is a direct reference to trading post. Each Observatory functions as a branch of the The Collective. All Observatories are within close proximity to the system's trading post. Sectors within the Region are groups of T3 systems in very close proximity to each other; they are usually less than 300ly apart.
The Collective classifies their systems in Classes depending on the location of the Star system. Callsigns refer to the system's name and are sometimes indicative of qualities of the system observatory or the system itself, but not always.
Observatories
Serenity
Each observatory contains a portal, and shelter from the elements so that ship hunters can safely watch the landing star-ships. While base-portals cannot be used if you traveled using a planetary portal, members of The Collective are often more than happy to shuttle you to anyone of the PTC systems.
A selection of Visions Era systems discovered by the Collective have been retrofitted with Beyond technology so that they are self-sustaining. These observatories have the old tag of [$$$] [EPM]. Beyond Era systems have the new tag of [EPMu].

The Observatory HQ is located at Serenity, on EPM's capital planet: Endor in [EMPu] Revoltwo-Kepler II.

Nike Class Observatories
Nike systems II and beyond designate systems that were discovered by the PTC on Xbox, but first discovered by a Traveller on another platform. This section gives credit to those intrepid explorers. The original Nike name was reserved as tribute to blek123 giving SparkiinJayz a shuttle to the core, so that the core could be explored by The Collective.

Background
The company was founded initially as the Olympus Alliance. T3 economy star systems were given random names as long as they were members of Greek Gods and Goddesses. As the ultimate vision materialized, the Olympus Alliance was rebranded as The Phantomial Collective under the Empire of Phantomium Marxium, its parent civilization.
- 7/13/2019 Founded on 14th of July, 2019 by SparkiinJayz and Ballston Gamer.
- 7/21/2019 Corporate Branches were redefined Observatories, which better describes their function as Trading Post observatories. System names were re-designated as Callsigns. Callsigns give reference to the quality of the system and their Trading Post. The first sector, Sparta Sector is recognized in the PTC.
- 7/23/2019 The Collective is officially recognized within the NMS Corporate Directory
- 8/14/19 The EPM enlists The Collective to scout a new location for their civilization's hub for Beyond. The PTC adopts a new naming convention for PTC systems in Beyond [EPMu].
- 8/14/19 The Collective locates a potential system Noassos, as a potential home system. EPM leadership recognizes the system as [EPMu] Revoltwo-Kepler II.
- 8/19/19 The Phantomial T3 Collective officially rebrands to The Collective
