Thermic Layer is a type of exosuit upgrade.

Summary

User is guarded from extreme cold damage on frozen worlds.

Heat capillaries threaded through a user's suit that evenly distributes liquid calidium to maintain a comfortable body temperature.

Device is charged by mineral extracts found in frozen environments. Operates automatically once constructed within user's exosuit inventory.

Crafting

Thermic Layer can be built using a blueprint and the following ingredients:

• Dioxite x150  +   Silver x60  +   Copper x75  →   Thermic Layer

Thermic Layer can be repaired using the following ingredients:

• Dioxite x75  +   Silver x30  +   Copper x38

Thermic Layer can be dismantled after construction, returning the following ingredients:

• Thermic Layer  →   Dioxite x75  +   Silver x30  +   Copper x37

Additional information

• Works automatically when located in a player's Exosuit inventory
• Recharged with Dioxite, Ion Battery or Advanced Ion Battery
• Increases cold resistance by 21%
