Unknown Grave is a point of interest.
Summary[ | ]
Unknown Grave is the grave of a fallen Traveller and can be found on the surface of planets.
Finding a grave will prove challenging without the help of a Traveller, who can be found on space stations or (very occasionally) in planet-side structures such as observatories, Minor Settlements, or Trading Posts. When asked where they are from and in exchange for 100 Nanite Clusters, Travellers will provide the location of a grave on one of the planets in the system. While many graves can be found randomly while walking on most planets, they only show up on radar if the player is within 50u of them, making them hard to find despite being plentiful. Travellers will typically only send players to the same one or two graves per star system despite the plethora of them on many planets.
Rewards[ | ]
Activating the grave will trigger a broken message from the Traveller itself, and provide a Glyph that can be used in a Portal. The player will also receive a random technology Blueprint in the form of Memory Fragments. Players may sometimes alternatively receive Nanite Clusters.
Using the Analysis Visor shows them as Unknown Grave indicated with the 
icon.

Traveller Graves are white with yellow glowing edges and bear a strong resemblance to Atlas Stations. Upon the death of the player, a similar grave is spawned, although it is black with red edges.

- Atlas Rises - A glitch on PS4 allowed players to collect all 16 Glyphs from one Grave. This glitch has been patched.
- NEXT - A glitch on Xbox One allowed players to collect all 16 Glyphs from one Grave. This glitch has since not been patched.
- Waypoint - Added Memory Fragment as a reward after activating the grave.
