Summary[ | ]

Variussew Hierace (alpha gender also known as Variussew Alpha) is a Rangifae (diplo) species which inhabits the scorched and rocky expanses of Ledsachwa Awryan. These diplos are bright green over most of their bodies, with white underbellies and some yellow highlights.

Gender[ | ]

The 6.11m alpha gender has a large protrusion from the chin area of its lower jaw, two small bumps which appear to be made of bone on the top of its head, a slight crest at the back of its skull, frills attached to the front of its neck, small spikes on its back, yellow-green legs, a stubby tail, and compound eyes (like a fly).

The 6.22m asymmetric gender has much more white coloring, with the entire front half of its body (including its neck) being white, with the exception of green "sails"/frills and black scales/plating. This gender also has bone-or-shell-like spikes on its upper neck and a large crest on top of its head made of the same material, and eyes with a horizontal-slit pupil (like a goat or octopus). Both genders have long "toes" which are extend from their body at an angle roughly parallel with their shoulders, as well as flat teeth.
