The planet is a rocky, cratered planet. It has a toxic dust atmosphere, with moderately frequent storms, but if moderately protected, one can survive easily. The planet is overall tan colored, with green undertones.
The planet has a nice variety and number of fauna. Of particular note is the 3 meter killer squirrel creatures. They are somewhat slow as befitting their larger stature, but they are tenacious. Similarly the 1.5 meter chickenhawks are also slow but determined to attack. They are somewhat sneaky as well.
There is little water, located in shallow crater lakes. Some of those are just deep enough to harbor life, where one can find non-aggressive yet toothy angelfish, or the aggressive carp, which wind up in too-shallow water to actually attack, unless one were to be right upon them.
The flora seem to follow variations of mushrooms. Giant and small, and any manner in between, and type.

Normal resources are around, fairly easy to find. The planet also has Nickel, Gold, and Temerium.
