Xagarn is a procedurally generated star system in the universe of No Man's Sky.
It is located in the Sugaikinovi Fringe's Sector UZSM-Z. The system is quite notable for having 3/4 high-security planets and some of the best and most interesting-looking hauler-type Starships around. As of Update 1.20, the system has gained three high-value starred items.

Xagarnanch is a high-security star that acts as a border between the Sugaikinovi Fringe and Zovoyesbo regions. Denizens going to and from either regions must pass through 1 of 3 high security planets before proceeding. The ice planet Yadningasbel-Kope serves as a rest station and refugee planet should a crisis event occur.
A large organized crime group from the Zovoyesbo region (location unknown) has recently started smuggling high quality Vortex Cubes and Albumen Pearls from Quzhijincheo. Security is tightened even more, resulting in a huge spike of prices of the aforementioned trade commodities. This resulted in the SKF Interpol tightening security throughout the entire region.

Bunkyota S36. A high-security system like this deserves only the toughest, most battle-ready cargo haulers around.
Seems like the cargo haulers in this system have LOTS OF SLOTS and are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. Look at this S-class beauty!
Migusuki S96. A high-security system like this deserves only the toughest, most battle-ready cargo haulers around.
I wonder if this hauler also has 48 slots if it's an S-class.
This particular NPC riding this particular shuttle ship buys and sells Albumen Pearls (AP) at nearly double the price (99.2%)
There is a slight inconvenience of transferring the AP from the starship to exosuit, but it's worth it.
