The Xbox Next Generation Booster Pack is a pre-order package offered to Xbox users prior to the release of No Man's Sky on the Xbox. There are two editions - each contains a special exo-suit and visor, a new multi-tool, and 10,000

Pre-order No Man's Sky to receive the following items:
- X.O. Suit - Your suit is your protection and shield against the hazardous environments of the alien worlds you will discover. Stand out from your fellow travellers with the X.O. suit's unique visor cross as you trade, fight and survive together.
- Vertic-LX - On hostile planets, self defense and powerful offense is important. The Vertic-LX multi-tool comes with plasma upgrade pre-installed, helping you to stay safe and mine resources faster as you explore the infinite unknown frontier.
- Starting Boost - Your journey will be filled with danger but 10,000 units will give you a head start in your race to the center of the universe. Use your units to buy faster ships, upgrade your weapons or purchase exotic resources.
X.O. Suit[ | ]
Despite being called a suit, the X.O. suit is actually just a helmet, this item can only be used in the customisation menu on the space station, the helmet takes up helmet slot number 14.
The X.O. suit is not commercially available anymore but can be obtained on console and PC by using save editors.

The second booster pack contains the same X.O. Suit and Starting Boost, but features a different multi-tool, the Artios-VI.
These items are no longer available officially, the only way to get them now is through a save editor.
