Z. Polysegucea is a creature in the No Man's Sky universe.
This member of the Mogara genus, or informally, "grunt" is widespread on its native moon.
Appearance[ | ]
The creature features a tan base coat with green mottling across the shoulders, nape of the neck, top of the head, and ears. The head is vaguely feline in appearance, featuring pointed, tufted ears and a short snout. The eyes have bright golden vertical slit pupils like an Earth housecat. They have long pointed claws on their feet with more rounded short claws on their paws.

Z. Polysegucea was first recorded on planet Xiston XIII surviving despite the extreme temperature. Long lived and gentle, their rich lives and complex society hierarchy allows them to develop wisdom that rivals technologically advanced species. A specially adapted tongue indicates their diet is predominantly nectar harvested from local flora.
