This system is an Embassy of the Domus Stellaris Confederation in the Empire of Phantomium Marxium's territory.
A base created by Grand Marshall RandomStrangr73 of the DSC is located on the moon Ilum Marxium, called [EPM] (Ilum:Marxia) King's Landing.
According to the Confederation, this location is "a welcoming bastion of Order and Stability, and a sanctuary for Interlopers who seek to preserve the galaxy from the forces of Chaos".
Following the new industrial focus of the DSC, called project R.I.S.E (Resource Industrialization Supplies for Everyone), a rig has been built on planet Orderium Marxium which utilizes an underwater hotspot which yields Copper. The base itself is named after its location of building, the Valdar Hill and is called the Valdar Copper Extraction Rig.
