A. Bloatnionium is a creature in the No Man's Sky universe.

It is a member of the Oxyacta genus.

Appearance[ | ]

A. Bloatnionium is a large member of the Oxyacta genus.

  • The body is worm-like with several segments.
  • The first segment is the head. It features no visible eyes and only consists of a mouth full of teeth.
  • The second segment is the main body. It features two sets of fins, with the front pair being the larger one. The back, in addition, features another fin.
  • The remaining segments constitute the tail which is two-thirds of this creature's body. It is covered in spikes all around.

A. Bloatnionium is colored in a pattern of silver and red stripes. The fins are colored in a bright, shiny black. The belly is colored in a pale white tone.

Discovery Menu[ | ]

Found primarily in the humid, muggy skies [sic] planet Evangel Matah. Curious and intelligent, their nests are stuffed with brightly colour [sic] rocks and slivers of metal. Some build elaborate metal structures, showing remarkable artistry. They root through the undergrowth in search of food, chewing at the heads of ripe grasses.
