A. Falconvimea is a creature.
Summary
A. Falconvimea is a creature in the No Man's Sky universe. This is an extremely hard to find creature due to their solitary nature and the massive size of each individual's range on planet "Victory".
This creature is an arched-back Rangifae and would be classified as medium sized compared to some of the larger specimens of this genus. Its skin is bright green along the anterior side of its head and the anterior superior side of the thorax. The anterior head, neck, thorax, abdomen, and full tail are brownish orange. The creature has horizontal pupils indicating that at some point in its evolution it faced predation to a greater degree than the species is now subject to. This eye configuration is present in the Earth creatures that are mainly herbivorous prey animals. The presence of frills, similar to an Earth frilled-neck lizard, seems to support this, though these could be an adaptation to channel sound to the creature's small, pointed ears. A. Falconvimea has the hooved rear legs / finger-like forelegs combination which appears unique to arched-back diplos.
Gender Monomorphism
Research has shown no difference in appearance between the Orthogonal gender and the Alpha gender in this species. Both coloration and body structures appear identical other than the alpha specimen being 0.1m larger.
Discovery Menu Notes
Found on planet Victory, where they wander the freezing fog and deep snowdrifts. Possessed of a tremendous natural strength, they fear no other creature that walks upon this world. Filtering gills inside their cheeks allow them to suck up water and extract nutrients from algal blooms.
