Anuk Valyros is a planet in No Man's Sky.

Anuk Valyros (translated in High Imperium for Throne of The Emperor) is a planet in the star system Anuk Amun-El on the (PS4) version of No Man's Sky universe.
The planet is the current capital of the Solarion Imperium and the original birthplace of The Anunaki race.
History[ | ]
Anuk Valyros is an ancient and timeless world, being one of the first Elder Worlds to be created in the First Universe by the Atlas located in the Elder Galaxy. Eons ago a race appeared on Anuk Valyros created from the world itself and this race would create one of the first civilizations in the Elder Galaxy. Calling themselves The Anunaki they made their planet the pinnacle of evolution. Great and massive metallic cities arose across her surface with culture, religion, innovation and technology at its forefront. The Anunaki Civilization dominated the Elder Galaxy for countless ages. When The Atlas enacted its first purge on the First Universe the Elder Galaxy was destroyed and The Anunaki with Anuk Valyros was sundered into a space-time rift. Over a period of time that is unfathomable in years, both arrived in the Euclid Galaxy, however were separated from each other.
Planet Description[ | ]
From space Anuk Valyros looks almost mechanical in nature with giant hexagons covering its surface. Some level of cloud patterns are visible at times. Its color would be described as metallic silver with spots of bright white. From afar it could be mistaken for a frozen planet. On its surface, the planet is otherworldly in nature. All around are rigid floating hexagon-shaped umbrellas with strange golden-like fluid being pumped into them from below. These Umbrellas are the only signs of life, being classified as flora. The hexagons move at times, defying the laws of physics. The entire surface is covered in hexagon plates but strangely there is very little in terms of natural geography. The air is dead silent with no fauna, no signs of civilization, only the stillness of the void.

Across the Galaxy, Anuk Valyros is whispered as the World of Glass spoken in Sentinel lore. It is fabled that time does not exist on the world and nothing can ever die. In Atlas Rises when the Sentinel force annihilated an entire universe with only Priest Enity Nada the last survivor, the Elder Galaxy was one of those that was destroyed in the Universe and with it Anuk Valyros and The Anunaki.
