Summary[ | ]

Aotendoni Taki is a planet in the star system Mutandu XV on the PS4 version of No Man's Sky universe.

PS4 Original: Aotendoni Taki

Planet type[ | ]

Aotendoni Taki is an oceanic planet whose surface is mostly liquid water. The land above sea level is frozen at all times of day and night and covered with snow. Explorers’ thermic layers will be active at all times, unless sheltered or underwater. The daytime temperature is -77.1° F, with the night being slightly warmer at -61.9°F. The icy blasts of storms bring the temperature down to -160.6°F. The land itself is a dark gray stone that pushes up through the snow as knobby hills and as thick cords that serpentine around the landscape. True caves are uncommon, with most of them being shallow and offering little protection from the cold. Even though every planet in the Mutandu XV system has cymatygen it is hardest to find on this planet, likely because of the volume of water here.

Waypoints[ | ]

As an oceanic planet, Aotendoni Taki has a limited number of waypoints. There are no discovered trading posts, landing pads, or shelters that offer a fuel-free launch, so bring plutonium. What has been discovered includes simple save points, Save Beacons, camps, depots, drop pods, plaques, and abandoned buildings. These last two have been discovered on both dry land and underwater.
