- Oscan Crossing (a Shelter, Camp type) has Chemist Entity Agruppusi. When I spoke to him, he gave me words/resources/units 5/6 interactions, and rare/heal/shield 1/6 interactions. Since the 'fuel' and 'isotope' options both reward 65 Carbon, this turns him into an endless (if very slow and tedious) fountain of words, currency, and common resources.
