Power generation economies go through vast numbers of high-tech components. As such, the demand is present even for highly damaged circuits, to be scavenged for parts or just plugged wholesale into low-quality power cores.

Decommissioned Circuits can be purchased from Galactic Trade Terminals in all Technology Economy star systems.
Usage
Decommissioned Circuits can be sold for a profit in any Power Generation Economy star system.
It is not usable by the player in Crafting or Base building.
