It is considered a vital base on the capital planet Hoth (EPM) of the civilization Empire of Phantomium Marxium.
Layout
The entrance leads to Cylindrical Rooms placed one above the other as floors. Two corridors diverge from the first floor leading to the landing pads, then reunite at a Square Room, the main of the Base.

Additional Information
Unfortunately, the builder of EPM Terra Prima is located in the Hilbert Dimension and thus couldn't maintain his Base, causing terrain to intrude into it and repairs to be required.
