Exphiay is a star system.
Summary[ | ]
Exphiay is a trading star system on the outer rim of the Delta Quadrant in the Euclid galaxy. It is the last system of the Yuhymunosh Anomaly before entering the Tioliae Quadrant.
The system is under control of the Canopus Confederacy and under supervision of SalesGek Ressuells. Due to regular patrols by local police forces, the system enjoys MEDIUM security!
Aboard the space station the Confederation offers travellers to enjoy their local greenhouse and further access to its stellar archives. A free resupply of nanites for their time to visit this border system is included. No one is excluded from this service.
Planets & Moons[ | ]
- While Exphiay Prime is the closest planet to its sun, it lacks the atmosphere to conserve the heat. As such even during the day the arctic temperature never rises above -58°C and falls even further during the night. The system and this planet isn't the most important, but unless one visits Canopus to trade in mining resources, it is the only trade hub until the distant main cluster of the Yuhymunosh Anomaly.
- Exphiay 2 is a world without atmosphere. While entrepeneurs and local Travellers might stop by for a short resupply of local resources, it holds nothing of value to the civilized people of the Gek Confederation.
- Domyoni is the third planet of the system and like its trade hub in the habitable zone. Its further placement in the system has left it even colder and without a greenhouse atmosphere it will never be able to reach optimal living conditions for either race. It is not advised to stay outside after dark, as the arctic climate quickly drops even further, far below -68°C.
- Exphiay 4 is another lifeless world and the base of the local sentinel operations in the system. As a distant planet without life, the Confederation didn't care for the Atlas's claim to this world. However, unwary Travellers might find themselves on the wrong side of the sentinels during transgressions.
