Ferenginar is a planet in the star system HUB7-G-119 Alpha Quadrant in the universe of No Man's Sky.
Similarly to the other planets in this system, Ferenginar takes its name from a planet with similar qualities in the Star Trek universe.
Ferenginar experiences constant rain, but the storm temperatures are only moderately cold, not extreme. Most notable are the omnipresent towering, narrow columns which cover the land. These vary in height, and their tops often have grass or even trees. Grasses are pink and olive green, and colorful caves can also be found.
Most notable among the fauna is a Tyranocae species with striking and radically different appearances between the two genders.
