- Found this on PC, new cabinet found after Beyond update. It should work across all platforms and game modes.
- No reload needed
- Head to the comms beacon I put down on the portal planet (Toxic world) or use the coordinates if you can't see it.

- On PS4 I portaled to the planet using the glyphs below.
- I flew to the local coords +16.85, +70.98, and it was in the Minor Settlement as described.
